Before you make your reservation, here are a few things to bear in mind:

 

•  Our venue is on the smaller side! While this gives great character and atmosphere, it can get quite lively at peak times. Because of this, we don't allow children under 14 after 6:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays and bank holiday Sundays.

• For any guests with food allergies, please let us know when you book and we have a list of allergens present in all of our dishes that is available upon request. We are proud to offer gluten-free soy sauce as standard and we do not use nuts in any of our recipes. 

• Our menu is served Izakaya-style (think Japanese tapas). This means our dishes don’t come in any order, so we recommend ordering a variety and sharing among your group!

• Some of our tables have barstools or sofas as seats so, if you have a preference over this, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. For more information on what our seating looks like, take a look at our gallery section. 

• We’ll need your card details to book, but don’t worry! These are held by a secure third-party provider, and you’ll only be charged our £5 per person cancellation fee if you cancel after 12 noon, the day prior to dining. This is to cover our staff wages and other running costs.

• The booking widgets below will send you a confirmation email once you've made your booking, if you haven't got it within an hour then check your junk folder (they sometimes end up there). If it's not there either, send us an email and let us know, we'll look into it! Bookings aren't confirmed until you have that email, so please double check!

• For groups of 7 or more, there's a pre-order form to fill out at the bottom of this page, there's also a link to it in your confirmation email. This only takes a moment and means we can start cooking your food as soon as you arrive! Unfortunately, if we don’t receive this within 24 hours of your booking we may not be able to hold the table and it might be treated as a cancellation.
